ReplyDeleteWow some nice ways to use this powerful healer! I like the ones with coconut oil to help with its absorption. Time to heal :)
ReplyDeleteI have used turmeric powder on morning cereals for several years along with a generally healthy veg/wholefood diet. Four months ago in response to a lot of stress (I believe) I developed flushing of the face and redness on the upper chest and neck. Doctors have prescribed steroidal cream, and another doc anti histamine cream. I don`t favour either and will try increasing my turmeric intake to see what happens - along with more relaxation and antistress methods.
