Juicing vegetables is an easy way to increase your daily
intake of important nutrients and vitamins and to introduce a variety of fruit
and vegetables into your diet.
Green juices are a great addition to your everyday life as
they have an alkalising effect on the body. They help promote smoother skin, a
more youthful appearance, control weight in allowing the efficient elimination
of wastes and improve your energy levels.
Dark green leafy vegetables are loaded with vitamins and minerals
including iron, calcium, potassium, and magnesium as well as vitamins K, C, E,
and many of the B vitamins, playing an important role in overall health. Leafy greens
also contain protein.
