WIN 1 of 3 Bosisto's Lavender Packs

I have been using Bosisto’s products for a long time. I use their Eucalyptus spray and oil for so many different things. The spray is not only used to freshen up a room but can also be used as an antiseptic, for minor cuts and abrasions, dabbed onto an insect bite to sooth the itch, rubbed into muscular aches and pains, and is used as a safe natural cleaning solution for the bathroom just to name a few.

Did you know that Bosisto's has a Lavender range too? I was lucky enough to be sent some to try for myself and was generously given three Lavender packs to share with my lovely readers.

Lavender is great for aiding sleep, relaxation and tension headaches. It is one of the most popular oils my clients ask for when getting a Massage Treatment.
I spray the oil in my massage room to help freshen and eliminate any odours. It is great for my clients with headaches, for temporary relief I massage a few drops of the oil neat onto their temples.

You can make your own massage oil remedy by adding a few drops of Bosisto's Lavender Oil per tablespoon of carrier oil (such as almond or olive oil). Massage all over the body especially the shoulders, temples, neck and feet for a soothing effect.

If I am tired after treating my clients I enjoy a foot bath with a few drops of the oil into a bucket. It’s a great way to clear the body and mind.

Thanks to Bosisto's I'm giving away a Lavender pack to three lucky Clear food and living readers. Just in time to help you relax before Christmas.

To win a Bosisto's Lavender pack all you need to do is comment below & tell me how you use Lavender Oil or why you would enjoy this pack.

  7. I was introduced to the joys of Lavender by a dear friend of mine about 10 years ago! I use it to aid my sleepless nights and to rub on my sore muscles after standing on my feet for 10 hours at work. This natural product has so many uses, it's gentle, soothing & the smell is invigorating. Thank you Jeanette for sharing this informative article. xx A
